Antitrust & Competition
The Antitrust and Competition Law Practice Group focuses on the application of U.S. antitrust law and EU and other competition law rules to the activities of corporations, trade associations, and individuals, including: 1) Mergers & acquisitions; 2) Domestic and international joint ventures and other horizontal arrangements among potential or actual competitors; 3) Vertical distribution, pricing and marketing arrangements, including customer, product, and territorial restraints; and 4) Counseling with respect to the development and implementation of antitrust compliance programs. In addition, the Practice Group follows developments in the general area of trade regulation involving unfair, fraudulent or deceptive practices.
